Product Description
Aluminum sheet could divided as the following different kinds,
1 series also called industry pure aluminum, the Al content above 90%
It has good conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good weld ability, low strength and no heat treatment.
2 series also called Al, Cu alloy
3 series also called Al, Mn alloy
It cannot heat treated, it has good corrosion resistance and good weld ability. The plasticity is good.
4 series also called Al, Si alloy
5 series also called Al, Mg alloy
It has good corrosion resistance, good weld ability, good fatigue strength, cannot heat treatment, and only cold working to improve strength.
6 series also called Al, Mg, Si alloy
It has medium strength, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance, good process performance (easy to extrusion), good oxidizing and coloring properties.
7 series also called Al, Zn, Mg, Cu alloy
It has the highest grades which can be heat treated. With good weld ability
8 series mainly used for aluminum foil.
The thickness range we could do is 0.2mm-500mm, the max width we could reach is 2650mm. The customized size is available.
